How long will I need for each appointment?
Initial consultations are 30 minutes and subsequent appointments are 20 to 30 minutes. At times it may be appropriate to have longer consultations. We endeavour to run on time, but good physio takes time! So at times we may be running behind schedule.

Will I need to bring anything with me?
It is necessary to wear appropriate clothing so that our physiotherapists can accurately assess and treat your injury. It will also help if you bring suitable footwear, should you be required to perform some supervised exercises. If you have x-rays or other imaging results please bring them with you.

How much will it cost?
Private health extras insurance will cover part of your physiotherapy cost. The amount depends on the level of your cover. Private health insurance claims can be processed on the spot using HICAPS. Some physiotherapy may also be partially covered by Medicare, if you have a chronic condition. This is up to your local doctor and you should discuss your eligibility with them. To find out how much physiotherapy will cost or to make an appointment, please phone our reception staff.

Home visits are available in Kilmore, Broadford, Wallan, Wandong and Heathcote Junction. Please contact reception staff for further information. We also visit aged care facilities and retirement villages in Kilmore by arrangement.

We have an On-site Rehab Gym. This allows your physio to provide an extensive range of rehab options to help you recover.

No referral needed to have physiotherapy treatment, but we do work in close cooperation with you, your local doctor and specialists.

Transport Accident? No Medical Excess. You don’t need a referral and your physiotherapy fees will be covered by the Transport Accident Commission.

Real Time Ultrasound is a non-invasive and reliable way to examine activity in your core muscles and pelvic floor. Please ask our reception staff for more information before booking an appointment.
